Questions
- Every piece ships from our in-house unit in Indore. Standard delivery is 3–6 days across India (free over ₹4,999); express is 1–3 days to metros. You see the date for your pincode in the bag and at checkout.
- Yes — within 14 days of delivery, unworn, with the number label intact. Start it from your account; we collect from your door and send the new size the same day it reaches us.
- Each style is made in a run of 25 to 40. Your piece's number is stamped on the inside label; the number on your bag is the number you receive. When a run is gone, it is gone.
- UPI, Visa, Mastercard and RuPay cards, and cash on delivery (₹49 handling) where our courier supports it.
- Chanderi: dry clean, or a cold hand wash with a mild detergent, dried flat in shade. Satin: dry clean only. Every product page lists care under Details.
- Not yet. Prices can be shown in USD, AED and GBP, but checkout and delivery are India-only for Series 01.
Shipping
Made in-house in Indore and shipped from there. Standard 3–6 days, free over ₹4,999 (otherwise ₹149). Express 1–3 days to metros, ₹249. Tracking is sent by SMS and email.
Exchanges & returns
14 days from delivery for a size exchange or a return, unworn, with the number label intact. Pickup is free. Refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the piece reaching us.
Sizes
Measured on the body, in inches. Between sizes? Take the larger one for kurtis and co-ords, the smaller for corsets.
